Rules
*This league will have
room for three DL spots on each roster
*This will allow you to bring up
another player to your ML roster if you have cap to pay for the
player
*You can not move injured players to the minors systems
*They must remain on your roster with pay
*You can drop DL players (off
your team totally-not to the minors), but will be fined 15% of his
salary
