Expansion Teams
***EXPANSION WILL NOT
HAPPEN FOR 2003****
*The
2003 season will consist of 4 new teams (expansion)
*New managers will be
interviewed, with only the "elite" managers making the league
*Each team
will have to drop 5 players off their major league roster
*Each team will
have to drop 2 players off their minor league roster
*All players listed for
expansion eligibility must be submitted between August 10th and 15th
*All
players submitted must have been on your roster for a minimum of 45 days
*All expansion teams will select an available team, and use their minors to
fill their minors roster
*All expansion teams will draft in a 15 round draft
of eligible players in 123, 321 order
*All expansion teams will have the top
4 amateur draft picks
