Rules
*All rosters must have
25 players on their roster, with a max. of 30, as long as under the salary cap
*All players are based on their actual salaries until a player is free
agency eligible
*All teams must have web pages that are frequently updated
*All teams must have 5 minors roster levels
*There will be three
disabled list spots on the yahoo league
